Alandra Services Alandra Services is a remarketer and remanufactuerer of SMT and thru-hole equipment for the PCB assembly industry. With the recent trend toward lead free implementation, we have geared ourselves toward providing quality refurbished lead free equipment. Alandra Services provides a turn-key service pertaining to lead free conversion, with Melonite QPQ coated solder pots and Titanium solder pots. Melonite has been used for many years and is a viable alternative and cost effective conversion to implement your compliance to the new RoHs mandate. Titanium wave solder pots are also available. We can provide the Melonite coating process to your existing equipment or we can rebuild a wave soldering machine from our stock. If we are contracted to coat your existing equipment there is no need to deliver the entire machine as we only require the solder pot. We can also retrofit your existing machine or a machine from our stock with a brand new titanium solder pot. This solder pot is made entirely of titanium and is available in dual wave or single wave in a variety of PCB widths. Alandra services is also a factory trained installation representative for Air Liquide and are providing Air Liquide’s nitrogen hoods for all wave solder machines. This will provide you with a complete no lead conversion.
